Well, like they say, there’s no rest for the wicked. Barely recovered from Anime Boston, and now I’m dashing off to Wizard World Philly. Come to think of it, I didn’t even finish writing up my convention report. And I hope that my tuxedo is clean.
Why was Anime Boston so tiring, you ask?
Because it was AMAZING.
Folk from last year appeared and showed some serious love, especially my boy James; you sir, are awesome. I hope that I can keep up the standards of excellence that you’ve come to expect.
At the same time, new people were introduced to the Sapo Entertainment repertoire. Not everyone bit, I’ll admit, but it was fun all the same. Those who liked what they saw for the first time, like Corey, make this thing great in a totally different way.
Then of course there was the guy dressed as J. Talbain who instigated the dance floor- every day, meeting other comics/creative folk, (whether they had booths or not,) and about a half-dozen other things that I don’t have time to mention here because I have to stuff a bunch of things into my suitcase and run out the door.
Writeups next week, if all goes according to plan. Have fun, kids.
